Job Description: |
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media efforts across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social platforms for U.S.-based clients, a strong understanding of industry trends, and the ability to produce compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about social media.
As a key member of The Company's marketing team, you will enhance our social media presence and contribute to our overall brand strategy. You'll thrive in this role if you are a creative thinker with a passion for social media, a knack for storytelling, and a drive to stay on top of industry developments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored to each clients voice and goals across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels.
- Analyze performance metrics to track engagement, reach, and audience behavior, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and ensuring high performance across accounts.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely content delivery, consistent quality, and client satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong track record of success including client-facing roles.
- Experience working with US companies and a deep understanding of the US market, audience, and culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
Required Education:
Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on social media management experience for U.S. clients at the agency level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently without compromising quality or timelines.
- Strong sense of initiative, with a proactive approach to trendspotting and staying ahead of social media changes.
