| Job Description: |
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development. Develop new product concepts in alignment with the company's strategy and customer needs. Experiment with new materials, product designs, and manufacturing methods to improve quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborate with the design and production teams to create and refine product prototypes. Evaluate and improve existing products by incorporating customer feedback and technological advancements. Ensure all new developments comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of research processes, testing results, and technical specifications. Monitor the latest technological advancements relevant to the plastic furniture industry. Support the training of internal teams on new products or processes. Assist in intellectual property (patent/trademark) filing where applicable. |
