Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of game features and updates—from concept to live ops
- Analyze KPIs (DAU, Retention, ROI) and make data-informed decisions
- Work with game designers to create engaging mechanics, progression, and economies
- Integrate effective monetization strategies (IAP, ads, events)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, dev, QA, data, and marketing
Job Requirements
-
5+ years of product management experience (in gaming or mobile apps)
- Proven track record of working on mobile games or scalable tech products
- Deep understanding of game KPIs, player behavior, and monetization models
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Deep familiarity with Unity game engine, app analytics platforms, Jira, Sourcetree, and project tracking tools.
- A strong passion for games and the player experience
