| Job Description: |
Responsibility:
- Customer Handling related to M-Tag Operations.
- Make sure that the premises are neat and clean.
- Registration of New M-Tag and recharge according to the required protocol.
- Maintain record of recharge and registration in the register
- Make a summary of his shift and share it with the Supervisor
- Cash is handed over to the TOC/cashier after signing the receipt
- Responsible for maintaining a record of available New M Tag Registration.
- Responsible for timely activation.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customers about the M Tag availability and its features.
- Work with the internal department to meet customer needs.
- Supervision of Training new Employees regarding M Tag.
- Responsible for Cash
- Provide excellent communication, so that any doubt of commuters can be cleared regarding M Tag.
- Guide customers regarding M-Tag information/ issues
