Bahria Town Karachi is seeking a proactive and highly organized Management Coordinator to support its Senior Executive Office. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication, schedule management, and operational efficiency across internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings (including agendas and online meeting platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), and official communications for the Senior Executive Office
- Coordinate administrative and operational tasks with precision
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and partners
- Record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on key actions
