| Job Description: |
You specializing in Town Planning & Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in supporting the urban planning and development process. Your expertise in drafting and design will contribute to the creation of plans and documents essential for shaping sustainable and functional urban environments.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for underground utility networks in road and infrastructure projects.
- Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD) to develop accurate and precise drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Road Profiles and Roads Setting Out Design in Eagle Point or Civil 3D
- Incorporate design changes and revisions as necessary, ensuring that all drawings are up-to-date and reflect the latest project requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines within the project team to ensure integration and compatibility of underground utilities with other project components.
- Preparation of as-built layout plans of all utility services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Eagle Point & Civil3D
- Proficient in MS Office specially MS Excel
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings and plans.
