o   Prepare monthly production plan based on available sales forecast and FG stock through ERP and  MS Excel.

o   Plan to achieve approved monthly production plan .

o   Manage Production staff through Labor Contractor on multiple production lines.

o   Coordinate with Material management department in issuing raw and packing material as per standard batch requirement .

o   Raise requisition for the issuance of consumables, raw and packing material  through ERP.

o   Plan to achieve standard production and batch yield. Through efficient utilization of resources.

o   Record all production data in ERP and prepare reports  within target time and date.

o   Prepare  and issue  all  production related information reports daily, weekly , monthly through ERP and MS Excel .

o   Plan and coordinate with Maintenance Coordinator for the preventive and breakdown repair and maintenance of  manufacturing and production machinery  .

o   Coordinate with Finance department  for arranging the required budget for repair and maintenance activities .

o   Record and reconcile all expenses incurred on repair and maintenance planned jobs in coordination with the  maintenance coordinator and Manager material management .

o   Reconcile all manufactured batches with achieved  production and  provide reason of variance .

o   Maintain good safety  and healthy environment at production department.

o   Maintain good housekeeping at production department .

o   Coordinate with the procurement department for supply of the required consumable,  raw and packing material to achieved approved production plan.

o   Work on process improvement to achieve higher efficiency  and reduce line wastage .

o   Plan Line clearance after completion of every batch as per standard operating method.

o   Facilitate in monthly and yearly   internal and external audit.
