| Job Description: |
- Maintaining and monitoring plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Use tools to monitor working hours and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- To develop linkages with other key players working in the field.
- Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.
- Liaise with the Head Office program management for the implementation of project activities.
