| Job Description: |
- Must know all necessary details about Company's Products solutions to be able to convince client about importance of Annual Maintenance Contract
- Must know all Product advantages to be able and convince client about Prospects of Annual Maintenance Contract.
- Responsible to generate business through Annual Maintenance Contracts; new and/or renewals, as assigned
- Keeps track of clients whose warranty/service contract is expiring in upcoming months
- Prepares Annual Maintenance Contract and proposals for the client(s) for new or renewal.
- Sends the proposal to the client.
- Ensures a good followup with client on call and through email.
- Ensures invoice generation .
- Must prepare and submit a monthly report
