12 Enumerators
Conduct interviews with stakeholders working in and around brick kilns, e.g. kiln owners, kiln workers, women’s and men’s groups, children, local livestock service providers (vets, farriers, clippers), Community Change Agents.
Interviews will be conducted using a range of tools (questionnaires, check-lists, focus group discussion, observational tool).
Tools will be provided to enumerators, who will receive training in how to use these tools.
Enter survey data into Excel spread sheets.
Analyse survey data.

§ 5+ years experience carrying out surveys with local communities [essential!] – including men, women and children
§ 5+ years experience conducting interviews using questions, checklist, focus group discussion, observational checklist
§ 5+ years experience working international development agencies – NGOs, UN, donors
§ 5+ years entering data into Excel, analysing data, producing graphics
§ Speak excellent English
§ Speak local languages of the areas visiting
