Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• Candidate must understand the long-term value of code quality, code maintainability, and testing
• Candidate must be able to build a web application from scratch or maintain an existing code.
• Must have solid understanding of how web application work including security, session management, and best development practices;
• Able to handle code deployment to different environments including Amazon, Heroku, Azure etc
• A team player and have a proven track record of working as part of an engineering team and passionate about building flawless and top-Notch user experience.

 Skills/Requirements:

• Candidate must have total development experience of 5+ years
• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Candidate must have hand zone experience working with Javascript and Leverage Javascript frameworks like AngularJS, React, Canvas and Fabric etc.
• Must have proven track record of building web APIs that service a large number of different clients, including both web and mobile clients
• Must have deep understanding of performance, scaling and caching in web platforms
• Familiar with maintaining code using Git, bitbucket
• Familiar with maintaining technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of web server technologies like Node.js, Java, and Python is a huge plus
• Familiar working with Agile process model
