7. Be ready to communicate with paid theme and plugin support teams for obtaining quick and time saving solutions to problems.
8. Be ready to create clear structure and clean custom code for new websites
9. Be ready to perform some customization in WordPress as per need.
10. Be ready to work on ecommerce or woo-commerce websites
11. Be ready to create some custom applications for WordPress to handle different things , like client backend, case status, email piping, etc
12. Be ready to work with Custom API as per need
13. Be ready to work with custom payment gateways configuration
14. Be ready to work for maximum websites security options
15. Be ready to teach your junior as per demand 

Front-end capabilities:

1. Must have the knowledge of cross browser compatibility of websites and have extensive experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
2. MUST have bootstrap hands on experience for responsive layouts.
3. High skill level in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Dreamweaver.
4. PSD to WP conversion(SHOULD be pixel perfect)
5. Have knowledge of CSS3/ Bootstrap 4
6. Must know JS and animations
7. SAAS and LESS
8. Can work on existing themes and ability to write clean code with documentation.
9. Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in WP plugin creation from scratch and ability to modify them according to the need.
2. Must be good in English and finding online solutions for the issues.
3. Must have basic knowledge about quality website structure and importance of SEO.
4. Must have good hands on WordPress in addition to one more latest CMS
5. Have experience of 4-5 years of custom PHP development
6. Have experience in WP framework like Cherry Framework and other framework like Gantry and Genesis.
7. Have experience with payment gateways.
8. Must have experience with ACF plugin.
9. Must have experience in integrating complex SQL queries.
10. Must have experience in using paid theme and worked with child themes.
11. Must have practice of code documentation.

SEO experience would be a bonus.
