| Job Description: |
- Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and provide recommendations on how we can improve
- Each project has to be checked thoroughly from the end users perspective before it is submitted to the client, making sure the application is functional
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Determine and assess the need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations (after design phase and/or before implementing new additional features. One final presentation after project completion)
- Provide monthly reports on projects’ completion, financial forecasts, and overall performance
- Responsible for end to end project management and delivery for Development Projects which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, troubleshooting (Q/A), managing project operational parameters and people management
- Interacting with Client Stakeholders and being the Single Point of Contact and accountable for Project delivery topics
- Engage team on an ongoing basis to identify project issues, project risks, action plans, and implications and manage those activities
- Resolves strategic issues, identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a project
- Compiling, maintaining, and filing all records, reports, and other documents as required
- Tracking information extensively and creating key metrics to track success and progress
- Playing a lead role in all partner interactions within a project. Bring an unrivaled passion for delivery, a positive attitude, and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
- Manage the development of test plans for UAT and training plans for end-users and the support team
