| Job Description: |
Cinnova is looking for a ServiceNow developer with 2-4 years’ experience. Must have experience with User Interface, Workflow, System Data development. We would prefer someone with experience working in a ServiceNow MSP or domain separated environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Broad IT experience of 7-8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations, MSP architect, or MSP offering development
- Strong understanding of the value of MSPs and their business models
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Portal
- Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities
- Be able to provide input on overall architecture for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow
- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on Proof of Concept
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
