Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for overall administrative activities such as security, housekeeping, disciplinary issues and general maintenance etc, well versed with labors laws and dealing with Govt. agencies.

  • Good knowledge of Admin functions and Security issues.
  • Well analysis and supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Computer (Ms Office) rcommand.
  •  Coordinate and direct administration team to ensure employee facilitation at its best
  • Handle administration staff and monitor their performance on regular basis
  • Ensure pool car and company owned vehicles management and availability of required transport
  • Devise and execute security plans to ensure security of the premises is not compromised at any time
  • Develop and maintain networks with external vendors and supplier.
  • Maintain adequate stocks of required resources within the financial budget allocated to the departmenT.
  • Verify bills according to the company policies before their processing
  • Ensure timely repair and maintenance of premises
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Assist procurement department in selecting vendors for items related to housekeeping
  • Administer contracts service providers and monitor compliance with agreements
  • Manager overall external administrative affairs of the company
