| Job Description: |
- Liaison with In-Charge QA Foundry to obtain thorough understanding of quality acceptance criteria of manufacturing process with allowed deviation rates
- Identify Machining and Quality non-compliance issues during the production process
- Ensure Machining and Quality is available at the time of inspection
- Perform inspection of Incoming material at QCL
- Check Quality at hold points of manufacturing at QCL
- Perform inspection of casting before dispatching to machine shop
- In case of major tolerance/variations/non-conformity in manufacturing or any other specification immediately inform In-Charge QA Foundry
- Raise observations, NCR’s on deviations/defects during the manufacturing process at QCL
