Job Description:

 

·       Ensure Customer satisfaction at all times.

·       Checking and replying emails queries/complaints as soon as received.

·       Customer support via online chat.

·       Managing custom orders online.

·       Facebook replies in coordination with marketing team.

·       Whats app corresponds with customers.

·       Managing returns/ cancellation and exchange.

·       Continuous check & guidance to call center.

·       Suggesting picture / layout change of website

·       Continuous efforts to increase website sales.

·       Make sure all website features are operational at all times and no mistakes e.g spelling

·       Timely delivery of orders.

·       Maintain daily reports. (orders, sales etc).

·       Coordination with Courier Company for order booking

·       Maintain stock level on website on basis of sales.

·       Website is operational and updated with correct inventory at all times.

·       Inventory planning weekly (restocking / new stock).

·       Make sure all articles are reflecting all times at the website.

·       Coordinating with technical team.


Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skill,English Fluency
