Responsibilities include: recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and staff counseling.
• Schedule interview with promising candidates.
• Active participation in hiring process.
• Conducting role awareness sessions/Orientation.
• Maintaining company’s records.
• Assisting the human resource (Staff/Management) of the company .
• Managing administration related tasks.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Presenting status and prgress reports to the Supervisor / Management.
