We, Pagel Pakistan, are a leading construction chemicals company in Pakistan, with offices in Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. Our company provides a host of chemical solutions to the construction industry of Pakistan including concrete admixtures, epoxy & polyurethane floors, protective coatings, grouts and many more. 

We are currently recruiting a Head of Research & Development (R&D), to lead our product development and Quality control activities at our Headquarters in Faisalabad. Key responsibilities would include: 

• Directing research for new product development. You will be responsible for devising formulations, based on secondary research and lab experiments. 
• Managing data of all experiments conducted to date and making inferences to present to the Director. 
• Cater to new projects by recommending products and custom solutions, if necessary. 
• Solve ongoing challenges in existing projects by modifying the product or process for clients, in order to meet their performance benchmarks. 
• Assist in production methodology and control
• Make Quality Control reports of all produced batch and share discrepancies to the Top management. 

The above list is not exhaustive and the candidate will be expected to take charge of many product development and production related activities. Occasional site visits shall also be done for key clients to ensure they make the most out of our prodycts.
