Job Description:

A leading US based healthcare IT Company which provides practice management solutions to doctors, invites suitably experienced & fresh applicants only with good english skills for the position of Customer Service Representatives for its CSR/CRO operations. Positions are Lahore based and the trainings will be provided with excellent salary. We offer American physicians customized medical billing solutions that reflect the very best in practice management services available in the industry today.

Candidates will be required to provide customer service for off shores doctors.
Communicate proactively with clients via telephone & emails.
Follow up, completion, correction and processing of doctor’s insurance claims.
Candidates with Call Centre background & fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply

Call Centre background is required from the candidates.

Fixed Evening Shifts - Monday to Friday and (5pm – 2am).

Candidates should have sound knowledge of using computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word.

Experience in medical billing is a plus point but fresh candidates with good English communication skills will also be given a chance to build & groom their career.
