Objective 1
Warehouse management
Tasks & responsibilities
· Respect Action Against Hunger stock management procedures and record keeping of all warehouse management documents (records, filing, identification).
· Manage all stocks of Action Against Hunger (projects, office and general supplies).
· Ensure proper identification of all received/issued material (quantity, quality, and delivery).
· Ensure correct preparation of deliveries.
· Respect Action Against Hunger physical stock management requirements (organization, cleaning, ventilation).
· Follow-up with special attention on expiry date of drugs & food, and warns the concerned department four months before expiry date.
· Conduct monthly inventory of stocks and sign stock reconciliation and ensure that stock cards are created, updated, and are accurate.
· Sharing monthly stock report with program.
· Compile monthly inventory/stock report.
· Scan all stock record at the end of month.
· Assist in equipment and stock inventory when needed.
· Bi- weekly visit to the program OTP sites and checking of record with report to Log associate and PM/ DPM.
Objective 2
CARGO AND DISPATCH MANAGEMENT
Tasks & responsibilities
· Prepare all cargo and shipping documents (Delivery Note, etc) to be transported to the program implementing areas.
· Ensure safe preparation and loading of cargo onto transportation vehicles
· Ensure receipt notes of supplies issued from warehouse or directly made to field areas by suppliers are received at warehouse .
Objective 3
REPORTING
Tasks & responsibilities
· Warehouse assistant will provide monthly stock report, monthly stock reconciliation, Loan follow-up, Stock follow-up and generator maintenance report to the line manager with in due time of the reporting month.

MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES

· Vehicle and fuel management
· Guest house and office maintenance support
· Preparation of monthly RN’s for vehicles & security guards
