| Job Description: |
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
- Systems up gradation, installations, and conversions and file maintenance
- Provide day-to-day technical support to program staff
- Configuring various Server Oss, maintaining servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment
- Work on Domains, IP Schemes, Static IPs, Online Devices, Application Servers
- Work and Execute ISA Server / TMG / Manage Engine / Spice Works
- Perform Key role in the design and implementation of new ERP system and optimize its use.
- Work on Modeling tools, e.g., Visio, Smart Draw
- Execute and maintain database applications e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access Databases
- Work on ODBC, SQL NET, Crystal Reports and Cloud Computing
- Work and execute Network Security, Database Backup, Replication, Tuning, System Imaging
- Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem solutions
