| Job Description: |
This position is for experienced call center agents to work as a closer in our US-based campaign. Representatives must have excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cross-Selling
- Upsell appointments (when applicable)
- Answering potential customer questions
- Provide existing customers with quality customer service
- This is a true sales environment and the responsibilities include building brand loyalty and increasing revenue through the effective use of our sales processes.
- Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center
