CodeX is offering multiple positions for a talented Junior UI/Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. An important component of this job is the use of latest front-end development technologies.

Responsibilities:

Implementing the front-end visual and interactive elements for one or more CodeX products under development.

Collaborating thoroughly with the UX team in understanding the design wireframes and implementing them.

Implementing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Incorporating simplicity and user friendliness in design implementations.

Technological Competencies Required:

The candidate is required to have expertise and/or experience in one or more of the following technologies:

Proficient understanding and some implementation experience of AngularJS, React, ReactJS, React Native, Responsive and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).

Proficient understanding and some implementation experience of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and Document Object Model (DOM) manipulation.

Basic understanding and knowledge of developing HTTP Service Worker scripts and WebAssembly.

Proficient understanding and experience of web markup languages, including HTML5, CSS3.

Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
