Job Description:
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in order. 
  • Perform data entry services for the company in regards to punching in customer information, call logs and successful sales.
  • Answered telephone / Social media / Live chats /Emails inquiries on products, and services.
  • Resolved problems of clients.
  • Also responsible for department performance report update to management 
  • Answering front line calls from customers.
