Responsibilities:
- Can analyze business requirements from customer and work with technical team for implementation.
- Must have done hands on programming during previous years and is well aware of at least 2 development technologies preferably Java and .Net.
- Has a willingness to learn testing methodologies and can grow in the role of Sr. BA/Testers.
- Design testing solutions based on client’s business domain and requirements
- Actively exploring various testing tools in the market by getting required skillset and certification.
- Prioritize testing needs and develop time estimates
- Cover broad test strategy for customized technical solutions
Skills:
- Must have a Computer Science degree.
- 3- 5 years of experience of in Business Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Elaborate analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of software engineering skills and practices
- Understanding of testing strategies and techniques
- Understanding of programming concepts
- Be able to provide quality advice to Development team
- Self-motivated, having a passion for learning
- Be able to train other resources.
- Exposure to Automation testing techniques and tools is a plus
- Strong communication and team management skills to coordinate activities between stakeholder groups
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors in CS/IT and/or MBA / MB-IT
- Be available to travel for international assignments
