| Job Description: |
- Managing Director has to manage company-wide functional operations in whole and Solid Waste Management in specific, whilst maintaining the standards and levels set by the Board of Directors.
- Managing Director works toward charting the blueprints of policies and implementing them for improvement of the company. He acts as head of the company scrutinizing, assessing and monitoring various departments. Heads of all the department’s report to him and he reports to Board of Directors (BOD) about the company’s performance.
- Managing Director also ensures that the work culture and working environment is conducive to achieve aims and objectives of the company. He also represents the company’s vision and mission statement
- Managing Director will be responsible for the management of the Public Sector Company and for its procedures in financial and other matters, subject to the over sight and directions of the Board in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines and directions issued by the Government.
- To ensure implementation of strategies and policies approved by the Board, making appropriate arrangements to ensure that funds and resources are properly safeguarded and are used economically, efficiently and effectively and in accordance with all statutory obligations.
- To act as administrative head of the company, leading all the departments for achievement of organizational goals.
