| Job Description: |
- Knowledge on Maintenance and trouble shooting of utility equipment’s.
- Practical understanding of GMP and HSE.
- Basic Knowledge of Process Safety Management systems.
- Practical knowledge and Hands-on experience on operation & maintenance of plant utilities including but not limited to HVAC, Chillers (Absorption, Electric & Ammonia) , Generators, Pumps, Air compressors, Water treatment plant , Hot water system and Boilers.
- Responsible for routine trouble shooting and maintenance of utility equipment.
- Responsible for effective Coordination with Production to make sure the all utilities must be available at all the times.
- Supervision of activities executing by 3rd party technical service team and follow-up of planned maintenance activities.
- To ensure the availability of spare parts and maintain the Min/Max level of all critical utility equipment’s.
- To ensure the effective coordination with engineering store & procurement department for timely delivery of spare parts.
- To ensure the proper data logging of utility operational parameters & perform analysis for potential improvement in the area.
- Actively participate in HSE activities and be able to implement HSE and GMP standards in the area.
- Keep a track record of various parameters/ KPIs of utility performance including but not limited to energy consumption, waste data, and periodic temperature recording of various equipment.
- Regularly inspect property for safety and security issues, including, but not limited to non-functioning lights, ground and trip hazards, broken fences, exposed wiring, pot-holes and sewage line breaks.
- Develop the technical capabilities in utility operator & technicians.
