Position Overview
The EDI Analyst is responsible for designing and implementation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating, coordinating and working with Partners on ongoing and prospect integrations collaborations
- Designing and implementing interfaces to and from various partners and applications
- Responsible for monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of Integration EDI solutions, infrastructure, gateways and connectivity
- Responsible for providing technical EDI/Production support and assistance at all levels
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and ensuring project deadlines and ensuring deliveries within due time frame
- Understands the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in same domain
- Good understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and XML based integration solutions
- Good understanding of VAN (value added networks), digital certificates, public-key cryptography, sFTP, and AS2 protocols
- Experience working in Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Logical, efficient & proactive
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess an ability to adapt quickly and easily. Ability to analyze complex problems and move them to resolution
- Background and style that elicits respect in the organization through style of engagement, technical depth, customer service and results
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships within the company and with external partners.
