Responsibilities:

Planning and monitoring production schedules and altering them when necessary working closely with maintenance technicians to overcome production hold ups, such as machine faults.Following with Sales / Inventory Managers for orders and achieving target (Coordinate with the main office where the manufacturing orders come from).Once order is received, then;Order form processing.Giving production plan or PO to factory according to order received.Purchasing material and/or arranging raw material(s) according to order form &PO issuance to factory.Following up with vendors regarding dispatch of packaging and other material(s).Following up with manufacturing unit regarding dispatch & order completion.Regular checkup should be there whether the production is done as per order form or not.Once dispatch is done, packing slip should be mailed from factory & invoicing should be done & sent to main office.The ice cream production manager is in charge of all the manufacturing, packaging and operations of the ice cream units in the factory. Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them.Flaws found in manufacturing must be rectified immediately.Check for the quality of the raw materials and standardize it.Hire the workers for the factory and provide training for them, as needed.Assign the workers to the different department according to their skills. Take reports from each of them about the working of the department.Ensure that all the manufacturing targets are met.Plan daily production in optimum level.Forecast and run production at optimum plant/machine capacity.The safety procedures must be implemented in the factory.An in-depth knowledge and experience of handling machines on assembly line. Required Skills:Production management, Planning, Purchase order process, Order completion.Candidate should be very active to manage the production line.Hard worker, Punctual and regular, Good technical analytical, Good communication, Good Negotiation, Good at problem solving, Good reporting skills.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to work flexibly.
