We require the services of qualified, capable and career-oriented individuals for following position for our Head Office in Lahore but involving frequent site visits in Punjab, Sindh, KPK and Balochistan. Project Coordination (Construction Projects)
- Will coordidnate with project sites and keep CEO updated about all project related activities.
a) Getting updates from sites and updating:
b) Progress Report of all or assigned projects.
c) Sites Construction Summary
d) Supply Chain Summary (Delivery of material on site)
e) Bottlenecks and difficulties faced by site teams.
f) Any other reports required by Management
2. Getting Daily Construction Sites Status from all projects and incorporating it into relevant report.
3. Keeping track of project invoicing, preparing and updating report about progress payment bills of each project.
4. Visiting sites on regular basis, verifying the actual status of work vis-à-vis the progress reports.
5. Any other duties assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in Finance from a reputed university and 3-4 years experience in an EPC Contracting Company working on large-scale projects.
