Security Manager will be responsible for all Physical and IT security initiatives for networks, software and hardware. He will perform assessments, monitoring, and threat analysis within currently and future cyber security programs and framework. In addition, the individual will plan, implement, upgrade, and develop security measures for the protection of company’s infrastructures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain security awareness, policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviews security violation reports and investigates possible security exceptions, updates, and maintains and documents security controls.
• Manage Physical Access Control
• Manage Security Background Checks
• Develops and implements mitigation strategies for threat reduction based on monitoring of IT systems.
• Define Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs) again company’s security framework.
• Researches, analyzes, designs, tests, monitors, reviews and implements new security software solutions.
• Development of technical security standards to support policies, including creating, coordinating and monitoring standards and incident investigation procedures.
• Analyze results from scheduled vulnerability and penetration testing, follow up with various business units and leadership team with issues found.
• Performs assessments of newly deployed technologies to ensure risks are mitigated.
• Responsible for creating and communicating virus and patch protection alerts, monitoring and auditing patching and anti-virus compliance for critical vulnerability and virus risks.
