| Job Description: |
- Managing, Coaching, and motivating a sales team.
- Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.
- Sales training, development, and performance management.
- Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
- Forecasting and analyzing sales data.
- Regular reporting of KPI’s to CEO
- Managing targets and KPI’s.
- Not afraid of making outbound calls
- Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
- Identify potential target areas
- Identify sales blitz opportunities
- Follow up with prospects to make potential client
- Meet account regional growth targets set by management for the assigned market
- Provide continuous reporting on sales achieved
- Help with various projects assigned to the sales team
- Help with market research when necessary
Requirements / Qualifications:·
- Excellent English communication skills·
- Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic.·
- Knows American culture pretty well·
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years work experience in Telesales Marketing, outbound calls·
- Strong sales, analytical, Extrovert skills required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
