Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS English
• BA/MA English

The required skills are:

• Excellent English reading & writing abilities
• Web & content research
• Transcription & Word Processing
• Documentation
• Quality Management 
• Problem Solving
• Reporting

The responsibilities are:

• Searching specific information on Google or other search engines (web research)
• Searching for specific information in user manuals and other documents
• Moving all the data into a software (training will be provided)
• Transcription from image to word
• Format content as per instructions                       

Job Specifications:

• Excellent command over English language
• Excellent grammar and written communication
• Understanding of research methodologies and strong analytical skills
• Should be willing to work on rotational shifts
• Should be proficient at MS Office Suite
• Fast typing skill is a plus
