| Job Description: |
We are on the lookout for an experienced and talented System Architect who can help drive projects across different delivery streams. The individual must have the following experience and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appetite and understanding of new technologies
- System provisioning & automation, monitoring, metrics, scalability, security and hardening
- Overall responsibility for the projects Linux infrastructure in relation to common standards
Things we seek:
- Good communication skills, both in written and verbal form
- Knowledge in new technologies (Docker / Etcd / Flannel / Kubernetes)
- Extremely sound knowledge of GNU/Linux
- Experience of configuration management tools (Puppet / Ansible), not essential but helps
- Search engines: SOLR (Hadoop, Docker, Zookeeper, Jetty, Ansible)
