We are looking for English speaking candidate to handle our customer services department for inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have a clear western accent and excellent written

Skills Required.

The duties involved will include providing excellent customer service and sales via telephone, answering calls, following up with customers for their orders, handling difficult customers, answering insurance calls, providing information to customers and insurances.

You will posses excellent communication skills and a gentle tone. You would be an expert in operating a computer, operating web browsers, email, searching database (training provided).

Timings: 7pm to 9am
