The role will be to work on project of clients and to make telephone calls and get involved in all aspects of the sales process. Campaign type and duration will vary depending on client requirements. Full training is given for all new client campaigns and top up training is given on longstanding campaigns, full support is also available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Ø Make telephone calls to prospects
Ø Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Ø Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Ø Attend campaign briefings
Ø Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
Ø Maintain confidentiality
Ø Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
Ø Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
Ø Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
Ø Record details of opportunities and lead notes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:-
Outbound calling or customer service experience
o Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
o Strong English spoken skill
o Proven track record in a sales environment
o Good attention to detail
o Computer literate and experience in database navigation
o Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
o Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
o Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
o Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
o Friendly personality and team player
