You will be responsible for managing U.S. outbound telesales calls along with establishment of a call center team.
Your main task will be managing and leading a team of experienced outbound telesales agents. You would ensure that your team members are trained enough to meet our goals and objectives. You will also make sure your team adheres to organization’s policies and procedures.
You will also be establishing KPI’s for the team and will ensure that members are working at their maximum efficiency.
Experience of establishing a call center will be a plus.
