1. JOB PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for looking after the maintenance of assigned branches/buildings of the Bank by ensuring the execution is in accordance with the Bank’s policy and standard operating procedure.
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To look after the assigned branches and buildings with Electrical and Mechanical equipment such as lifts, AC chillers, generators, cooling towers etc., and any other technical matters such as water availability as per level. To ensure proper operational working at all times and maintaining it in good condition.
- To supervise maintenance, housekeeping and administrative issues of the assigned buildings with monitoring vendors’ performance, review reports periodically & maintaining MIS and complaint tracking.
- To verify bills of contractors and process the same for the release of payments from Centralized Accounts.
- To coordinate with Principal Office for approvals and payments
- To coordination with business teams and maintain all relevant records for internal records/analysis and report the same to the concerns as and when required.
- To make sure the bank rules are followed at all the times during the project duration.
