Job Description:

AskforTask is the largest Canadian home services platform - think of us as Uber for home services. Our Headquarter is based out of Downtown Toronto and we're on a mission to change the home services industry for cleaning, handymen & other general help tasks. You will be working with a rockstar team including our leadership team members who have spoken at TEDx, worked at Ebay, Paypal Canada and with M&A experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for young professionals fluent in verbal and written english who are presentable both male & female who have had hands-on experience with Inside sales, Customer service and Customer Retention at a reputable organization. You will be working remotely from home alongside our team members in Pakistan and across the globe while reporting to your direct manager in Canada. Usual hours of operation are between 9am-6pm (Toronto Time).

- You will be expected to generate demand from our existing userbase while retaining them.

- You will be recruting new Cleaners & Handymen (or as well call them Taskers) while maintaining long-term relationships with the existing Taskers to ensure they are performing well on the platform.

- You will be responsible for performing service quality checks by talking with our customers (Askers) while ensuring they get the best quality of Cleaning & Handymen service at all times.

- You will be responsible for making sure the task is completed smoothly by providing support to our community members though phone, tickets and emails. 

- You will be expected to work with numbers on excel sheets and powerpoint presentations for forecasting supply/demand.

- Hustling is the key and you will be expected to take ownership of the growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

- 4-7 years of solid experience in Operations, Sales, Recruiting background with previous experience using data to drive business decisions.

- Excellent analytical/excel skills. Working experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc) will be preferred.

- Track record of being incredibly hands-on and driven to achieve results.

- Team management experience preferred. 

- Dedicated working space in the house (seperate room, etc)
