Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Describe Features of service/products to satisfy the caller
  • Call customers for order verification
  • Register complaints in a proper manner
  • Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products

 The ideal Candidate must possess:

  • Experience of handling number of calls/complaints from the customers
  • Must have the ability to provide right solutions to the customer's request
  • Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills
  • Must have strong voice and accent

We offer uncapped commission/Incentives along with basic salary.
