Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Describe Features of service/products to satisfy the caller
- Call customers for order verification
- Register complaints in a proper manner
- Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products
The ideal Candidate must possess:
- Experience of handling number of calls/complaints from the customers
- Must have the ability to provide right solutions to the customer's request
- Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills
- Must have strong voice and accent
