•Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
•Execute the project according to the project plan
•Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
•Can write process/ project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management
•Ensure that the project deliverables are on time.
•Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
•Flexible for night Shifts or and rotational shifts and Quick Learner.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager/Program Management, Coaching, Supervision Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control, and Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Graduate degree, PMP preferred.
