2 Critically review and identify need and understand scope of work Critically review purchase order and Cross check purchase order with reference to the drawing.
3 Issuance of Manufacturing Drawings, Templates, ERP entries as per Purchase order Planning & Execution
4 - Designing Capabilities
5 Prepare activity based plan and present in meeting as per CPPC described work balance
6 Prepare 2D schematics/layouts and make concept design for further processing Keeping in view concept design, customer needs, market items availability and company resource, prepare embodiment design
7 Acquire assistance of technical team in case of any issues Liaison with Team Lead Design or marketing department for best possible design development for customer’s approval
8 Responsible or Redesigning or modification 2D schematics in case of any changes in input or concept design
9 Assign 3D modeling task to 3D modeler after the approval After confirmation handover concept design to project team for embodiment and detail designing
10 Validation & Verification
11 Verify 2D schematics for validation of information provided on drawing/layout
12 Cross check 3D models for interference analysis and mechanism motion studies Assist Production department (when required) in case of any issues during manufacturing On-Floor Assistance related to design
13 Visit customer site (when required) for erection/commissioning of supplied unit equipment
