| Job Description: |
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for the position "Production Executive - Gujranwala" for one of its leading client.
Education & Skills
BSc Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mechanical, Food Sciences, Industrial & Manufacturing)
Knowledge of SAP PP and MM Module
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Location: Gujranwala. Candidate should ideally be open to relocate within Punjab
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of all reporting related to Production (Both Excel & SAP Reports).
- To manage Production Staff (Supervisors & Operators) for utilization of these resources in Production Plans Completion.
- Ensure and implement material, utilities & labor protocols on Production floor.
- Monitoring & Controlling of Material Wastage and make sure locking wastage as per actual on Daily Basis.
- Ensure Data Updating & Validation on GE/OEE KPI Dashboard.
- Process Optimization to continuously improve Production GE/OEE.
- Monitoring the IDM’s (Indirect Material’s) Consumption and take steps for Cost Savings.
- Ensure SAP Compliance in Production Orders and Inventory Management at Shop Floor.
- Guide Production Staff in maintaining all Quality & Food Safety Standards and Excellent GMP.
- Be an active member of RCA team where required to find out the root cause of the defectives and take corrective and preventive actions to eliminate them.
- Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance as per direction from Assistant Manager Operations like Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication.
- Monitoring & Control of all Maintenance activities on Machines
- Lead Production Staff HSE as Safety Sponsor of Production.
- Responsible for Organizing D-Level Meetings and Procedural Trainings of Production Staff members.
- Ensure the implementation of Corrective Actions of Risk Assessments, Incidents & Injuries.
- Providing ongoing safety and injury prevention program.
- Initiate smart Kaizens related to Operations losses (Time, energy and Wastage) with the goal of reducing them
- Assist in internal and external (third party audit) audits.
