| Job Description: |
- Describing Marketing Needs, Segmentation of Market.
- Customer’s Selection Criteria, Credit Policy, Recovery Mechanisms
- Plan Annual targets of Sales after analyzing last year of sales, market forecast to keep in mind the future growth and Production Capacity.
- Prepare and update database of potential corporate clients after detail research working through marketing intelligence
- Execution of above sales plan.
- Monitor and guide the After Market and export sales Team, on their targets and ensure smooth sales operations for achieving the targets
- Assign the sales targets to the subordinate and yourself as per planning and get feedbacks.
- Strongly follow the recovery mechanism to get timely recoveries from After Market.
- Visit new clients personally for performing sales activities.
- The customer Selection criteria shall be implement.
- Take market Intelligence directly and through subordinates in order to take insights for new product development needs.
- Have a strong liaison with COO and Head R&D and share the market insights with them for new product development.
- Keep a close liaison with corporate clients to understand their business needs and their business plans.
