• Must have vast experience in understanding the client needs and requirements and should be able to communicate the project details with team members and stakeholders
• Should have vast knowledge of different technologies/languages used in software development/ERP Implementations
• Maintaining the project schedules and analyzing the project progress as per the roadmap
• Should be proactive in calling meetings on action items and to deliver the project information to the team in daily scrum
• Oversee the entire execution and managing the measurable such as deliverables & milestones with the sensitivity of timelines
• Monitoring the overall project progress and evaluate the problem areas
• Must have vast knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards
• Should able to manage the team including developers, QA's and designers and must have vast experience of conflict management
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Project Management
• 5 - 10 years of prior experience working as a Technical Project Manager in a reputable firm
• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Experience of working in an offshore software development environment. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional Project Management Certification will be preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
