Job Description:

Kep Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for handling inbound and Outbound calls
  2. Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
  3. Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions 
  4. Flexible to work in different shifts (24/7).



Skills Required: 



  1. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  2. Excellent customer service / negotiation and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to handle pressure 
  4. Proficiency in Ms. Office 
  5. Ability to learn about product and services 
  6. Familiar with CRM systems and practices
