Assist the Technical Manager to provide an efficient and courteous technical support to clients and team
• To set up sound equipment, screen, cables and lights as required by customers.
• Report and repair, where possible, all faults in order to provide a safe environment for all customers
• Coordinate with clients to install systems on-site and implement and provide technical support to customers
• Read blueprints to determine how to best install the components and wiring
• Test all systems and troubleshoot any issues
• Support fully stocked working tool cabinet, including, tapes, cable ties, screws, and all standard ancillary equipment.
• Carry out any other duty which falls within the general range of responsibilities.
