Job Description:

Foot Square a leading construction and interior design company dealing in residential, commercial and corporate sector requires site supervisors on and urgent basis to manage and supervise different sites and projects.

  • Conducting measurements and asbuilt for residential, commercial and corporate spaces.
  • Initiating, executing and finalizing site work in agreed time frame as per site execution plan. 
  • Calculating material requiremment and raising material requisition for timely procurement of materials.

Supervising and manageing labors and vendors including monitoring of :

  • Masonary work
  •  Electrical work
  •  Plumbing work
  •  Polish work
  • Paint work
  • Carpentory work
  • Ceiling work 
  • Checking and vetting bills and invoices of vendors to check quantity and rate to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing petty cash for small purchases and submitting expenditure summary to accounts department.

Other requirements :

  •  Age must be under 30 years
  • Must have atleast 2 years of relevent construction supervision experience(fresh candidates should not apply)
  • Must have own bike and smartphone
