| Job Description: |
- Assist with updating/maintaining digital survey programming documents and survey libraries.
- Perform extensive quality checks on the data collected data from Market
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in data
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Work within a small team to prepare reports and presentations that communicate study findings in an engaging manner.
Required Qualification and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience working as a quality controller
- Strong logical/critical thinking skills
- Well-organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- English Proficient
- Basic Data Mining, SQL knowledge skills is plus
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Market Research, or any other disciplines considered
